Creative Direction for Brands, Places and Products — Photography, Film, Spatial, and Concept-led Design.

I’m Sam Harrons, a UK-based Creative Director / Art Director with 15+ years shaping visual worlds across photography, film, brand storytelling, and self-initiated platforms. I sit at the intersection of image-making, narrative, and design, helping teams take an idea from early instinct to finished work that feels human, considered, and complete.

My core strength is defining taste and direction, the look, feel, tone, and storytelling logic, then translating that into assets, campaigns, and experiences that land. I’m hands-on where it matters (shooting, editing, building), and strategic where it counts (concept, structure, collaboration, delivery). The result is work that’s cohesive, emotionally intelligent, and built to last beyond the launch moment.

I took a non-traditional route early on, stepping away from university to build. Throughout my 20s I founded platforms, launched brands, published books, and produced projects from the ground up, learning how to hold a vision, assemble the right collaborators, and execute with care.

Today, that same approach runs through everything I do. More recently, I’ve been developing concepts in product and spatial design, driven by a growing interest in wellness, health tech, biophilic thinking, and how thoughtfully designed objects and environments can improve daily life.

I’ve collaborated with brands including Aesop, Fujifilm, Bellroy, The Hoxton, 25hours Hotel, Inhabit Hotels, Naturalmat, and more, delivering photography, film, creative direction, and narrative-led campaigns that connect brand values to real life.

If you need someone who can shape the vision and deliver the work, I’m available for creative direction, art direction, and concept-led collaborations.
