good: shop

A pop-up lifestyle store supporting local makers and artisans in the lead-up to Christmas.

  • Norfolk has many talented local makers, but few retail spaces offer them a consistent platform. Our challenge was to create a temporary store that gave these artisans a space to sell their goods while making it easy for local shoppers to buy from independent makers during the holiday season.

  • As co-founder and brand consultant, I helped build the brand, curate products, and manage marketing and logistics. We had only two weeks to find a space, get a short-term lease, and design and build a shop fit, all while onboarding local makers.

  • We created a minimalist, inviting pop-up space in the heart of Norwich, which showcased products from over 20 local makers. Our marketing campaign combined social media exposure with features in local press like BBC Radio Norfolk and EDP.

  • In just six weeks, we served over 650 customers and gained over 1,000 Instagram followers. Good: Shop provided a highly accessible space for shoppers to support local businesses, and our social enterprise initiative, Good: Bags, helped support the wider community. The project cemented my role as a community-focused brand consultant, always looking for ways to connect makers with their audiences.
